I am a plant lover so I was excited to hear about new apps related to identifying plant species. I already have an app for my plants that tells me everything about them and it keeps a watering schedule for me. Having this helps because I have over 30 plants inside and more on my balcony!

Technology can be used to educate us about the environment as well as immerse us in it. I really enjoyed the barcode activity. It got me outside in the fresh air with my friends. We had so much fun looking around for each code but sometimes we couldn’t help but get distracted by the amazing plants and trees in the garden!
